    Baghdad / ... The decision of the Finance Committee parliamentary, Ahmed Hama, Sunday, there is no obstacle to the implementation of the federal budget for the year 2018 during the current phase, indicating that there is nothing to do with the elections in their implementation.
    Hama told "Iraq News" that "the federal budget for 2018, which was approved by the parliament and published in the official newspaper, there is no obstacle to the implementation and allocation of allocations to the beneficiaries at the current stage."
    He added that "the parliamentary elections have nothing to do with the disruption of the implementation of the budget and if there was actually a disruption is the Ministry of Finance, which may delay implementation and not facilitate its procedure."
    It is noteworthy that some ministries did not receive the allocations of the federal budget for the year 2018 on behalf of the elections and prepares citizens and their staff to start receiving budget allocations after the elections.

    Thanks Proven, I'm wondering if the delay has something to do with the RV now that the elections are over.

    budget has nothing to do with RV, budget is money allocated to departments, an will only require numbers bein change on RV,  ok

    Remember, the delete the zeros project will start at the beginning of a budget year. This year's budget not released. Watching for large tariffs at the border now.

    tariffs an budget aren't controlling nothing for RV, Iraq has to be article 8 compliant with IMF, most is done, an only around 30 days left for the 2% variance to be complete an goi has to be seated

    Yes. Their words. Could happen at the same time as article 8 compliance. Don't know. We shall see.

    Diamond, I have a question - if it is just about 30 days left for the 2% and the government now is still in place and seated and the new government won't be seated until who knows when, when the 2% time is completed, why can't the RV take place then?
