    Dr. Iyad Allawi, head of the National Coalition, said that the formation of the Iraqi government is not related to Sulaimani or anyone else.

    He added that its goal is to build national institutions that will stop the public corruption and waste of wealth and aim to build Iraq in an efficient reconstruction council that includes national expertise interacting with the international competencies and working on building the Iraqi experience and drawing the image of the future. He will not deviate from his approach to government. Any external interference from the international community or from regional Arab or Islamic countries, because the Iraqis are more aware of solutions that ensure civil peace.


    "We are not students of authority or rule," he said. "Our mission is to save Iraq and the region from the horrors it is facing, but any assignment to us is in line with the larger bloc entrusted with the task of forming a government, whether for me or for others, Even though I know that certain regional bodies have prevented my candidacy as it did in 2010, as a result of our response to its intervention and respect for the will of our people and the independence of its decision, while emphasizing our non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries.


    He said that the current stage in Iraq is accurate and decisive, because the Iraqi people have lied to the lies of the ruling authority and disavowed them from their promises during the election campaigns, the spread of corruption, the disruption of the performance of the state in providing its basic services to the community and warned of the possibility of the explosion of society in case of failure in the next government.


    "We reject the exclusion, marginalization and eradication that has become a collective punishment for the Iraqi competencies that worked during the period of the previous regime, and we desperately need to build Iraq and create a generation of engineers, doctors and technicians who contribute to the progress of the country.
