{Baghdad: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Commerce issued an important statement on Monday.
The ministry said in a statement received by the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it, that "there is no fee under the title of {maximize resources} but the export support fund fee and this is a seat of law and was determined on the basis of the decision of the Council of Ministers and has nothing to do with this fee only the collection that is done by us As the fee goes to export support in a procedure to compensate the exporters and under the assumed rates up to 15 percent of the value of locally manufactured goods and 10 percent of the value of the goods if it is half manufactured and 5 percent if it is agricultural or raw material.
She pointed out that "the price adopted is the same as the price authorized by the trader after comparing it with customs prices," noting at the same time that "it sometimes requires an old invoice if found for the same goods for the purpose of reaching the real price, in a move to prevent fraud by some Traders with a view to evading payment of real value. "
The statement continued, "As for the issue of delay in the issuance of leave, we note the delay only in the holidays of personal cars and holidays of people with special needs because of the great momentum, and sometimes the existence of rigging and falsification in the required documents."
The Ministry of Commerce pointed out that "despite this, the effort is doubling as the difference was reduced to be issued within two days at most, but the rest of the material there is no delay in issuing except during the blessed Eid."
"It is ready to receive a delegation from the businessmen center or any delegation of investors for the purpose of dialogue and a statement of the fundamental measures adopted in accordance with the decisions of the Council of Ministers on the regulation of imports."
She also pointed out the importance of obtaining the import license, especially that the amounts set up to launch it are simple and do not fit with the great effort exerted by the cadres working in the field of import regulation and carrying it is necessary to regulate the import legally and cut the way for the corrupt and manipulators in the Iraqi market.
And urged trade "investors and traders not to drift behind the rumors or promote them, especially that the doors are open for the purpose of confirmation, otherwise it will resort to the prosecution of all trying to make false accusations unfounded, and cause the disruption of its work and inevitably affect the organization of the economy and procedures Import and export "
