Former MP Jassim Mohammed Jaafar confirmed Wednesday that political differences over the choice of the next prime minister and the understanding of alliances are deep, likely to announce the formation of the new government during the month of September.
"The process of forming the next government is not easy and stalemate, which is to allow for two months to resolve the results of the election and ratification and then hold the first meeting of the House of Representatives as well as political understandings," Jaafar said in a statement.
He added that "political differences deep in particular consensus on the choice of the next prime minister and understanding on the type of alliance, which will lead the formation of the largest coalition," stressing that "political alliances announced now will change according to new results and directions of the leaders of political blocs and future talks."
