    "The government is working at a high rate to complete service projects in the provinces and provide appropriate financial allocations in accordance with the budget law," and expected "not to put a supplementary budget for the remainder of the year in the event of a financial abundance of oil sales after filling the deficit in the current budget" .

    He pointed out that "his ministry is working at a high rate in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and other ministries and local governments in the provinces to provide the necessary financial coverage to support service projects in all provinces in the framework of the budget law for 2018 and to ensure the completion of projects with high achievement rates, especially projects of education, water and electricity, And in accordance with the directives of the Prime Minister and the decisions of the Council of Ministers, which represent a real response to the demands of citizens. "

    Jumaili called on local governments in the provinces to "identify the projects that can be achieved within the financial allocations available either through the investment programs of the ministries or the project of development of regions or petrodollar," noting that "the priority will be for education projects, health, water and sewage, electricity and roads."

    He pointed out that "Baghdad and the rest of the provinces will receive an increase in their annual allocations in the framework of the government's efforts to provide services and move the stalled projects, which means providing more employment opportunities for young people."

    For his part, the President of the Baghdad Provincial Council, Riyad al-Adadh, the federal government to give Baghdad extraordinary attention as the capital, which is the largest population density between the provinces, "pointing out that" Baghdad needs additional financial allocations, as well as the launch of suspended allocations to achieve projects stalled in different Sectors, including hospitals, schools and water and sewage projects.
