The head of the liberated areas reconstruction fund Mustafa al-Hiti, close to the allocation of 20 billion dinars to support the reconstruction of homes damaged by the gangs of the terrorist, while preparing for the reconstruction of the bridge between Kirkuk and Mosul.
Al-Hiti said in a press statement that "what was spent to liberated areas amounted to 47 billion dinars in 2017 and 2018," stressing the existence of "projects under implementation for electricity."
He added that "more than 20 billion dinars will be allocated to support the reconstruction of houses damaged by terrorist gangs, accompanied by efforts to provide jobs for the unemployed in those areas, in order to restore stability."
