    The cabinet voted Monday to reduce tourism fees for visitors to the 40th visit, while discussing the reduction of customs duties on medical devices, medical supplies and medicines.
    "The Council of Ministers held its regular session today, chaired by Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi," a statement issued by the council said.
    He added that "the meeting witnessed the vote on the minutes of the meeting held on the instructions of appointment on the grades resulting from the movement of owners."
    The statement pointed out that "the Council voted to reduce tourism fees for visitors to the 40th visit," noting that "was discussed follow-up decisions issued to secure the needs of the provinces in an expanded manner."
    He pointed out that "the Council discussed raising the performance of government banks, agricultural, industrial and real estate and vote on a set of procedures regarding them."
    He added that "the Council discussed reducing the customs fee on medical devices, health supplies, life-saving medicines, equipment, agricultural supplies, production equipment, construction tools, reconstruction and English language books."
    He pointed out that "it was voted to secure the amount of coverage of the personnel of the anti-terrorism apparatus, as well as vote to secure the first installment of the amount allocated for the rehabilitation of the site of landfill health in Al-Aytha."
    The statement stressed that "the Council of Ministers addressed the inclusion of graduates of the educational initiative of the holders of higher degrees of appointment in the provinces that have been contracted to them and under the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the implementation of the decision of the Council of Ministers to appoint the first three students in colleges so that the first graduate share Higher Education and Scientific Research and the second and third ministries and other authorities according to jurisdiction and geographical location.
    He pointed out that "the Council of Ministers voted to amend the passport system, and the Cabinet approved the amendment of the interest of the Swedish loan."
    The statement concluded that "the vote was also decided on the recommendations of the executive body of the water project of Basra funded by the British loan to choose a specialized company." Ending / 25
