    The office continued, "The Council voted to negotiate a contract partnership between the Iraqi Airways and the British company Minsiz ground services," stressing that "the vote on the financial allocations to address the financial scarcity expected."

    It is noteworthy that the Council of Ministers held on Tuesday every week a session to discuss the draft laws and developments at various levels of political, economic and social.
