    The parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed on Monday that it will meet with its government counterpart on the amendment of the budget today, indicating that one of the most important things that will be addressed is the installation of contract holders according to a certain mechanism.
    "Iraq has the second largest explosive budget in its history, amounting to 132 trillion dinars and gave priority to investment projects in all provinces and included the repayment of loans obtained by Iraq from more than 20 banks," MP Abdul Hadi Mohan said in a statement. .
    Mohan added that "there is an imbalance in the budget with regard to oil-producing provinces where the provinces receive revenues of 5% of oil produced and 5% of the refined and the same kind of natural gas to choose one of these options, and therefore are contrary, as Law No. 21 Provinces producing oil at the rate of 5 dollars per barrel of oil produced and the same as a duplicate and also natural gas.
    He pointed out that "the budget needs to be treated, where there are more than 30 items need to be addressed, and is scheduled to address the largest part of them, as the Finance Committee will meet today with its government counterpart in the presence of Parliament Speaker Mohammed Halbosi, where there will be treatments for outstanding issues in the budget.
    Mohan explained that "the meeting of the two committees will be the search for a legal solution to the contracts in order to install them according to their current financial allocations to provide funds in the next budget, as the budget suffers from a deficit of 26 trillion dinars, but this deficit will be addressed by the financial abundance obtained from revenues Oil after the budget was calculated at $ 56 per barrel of oil, while Iraq sells more than this amount. Ending / 25 n
