    The Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Kurdistan Region announced today, Wednesday, the reaching of an agreement that guarantees its members access to the privileges provided by the federal government to their counterparts in Baghdad and the rest of the provinces.[/size]
    [size=45]A statement by the union stated: After the efforts made by the Kurdistan Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in order for Kurdistan professionals to obtain the privileges enjoyed by their Iraqi counterparts, a high-level delegation of Iraqi professionals arrived in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, and specified the privileges that Kurdistan professionals will receive. .[/size]
    [size=45]The statement explained that the head of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kilan Haji Saeed, indicated in a press conference that the Iraqi government has specified a number of privileges for Iraqi professionals, including craftsmen in central and southern Iraq, and not including the Kurdistan Region.[/size]
    [size=45]He pointed out that Kurdistan professionals should have the privileges of Iraqi professionals to benefit from the decisions recognized by the Iraqi government in favor of its professionals, and there is no objection in the Kurdistan Regional Government to follow the same procedures for Kurdistan professionals.[/size]
    [size=45]The statement indicated that the head of the Iraqi Federation of Industries, Adel Akab, for his part, said that they are coordinating with the Kurdistan Region Chambers of Commerce so that industrialists in Kurdistan can, through production equipment, raw materials and goods they produce, benefit from customs procedures as well as benefit from marketing and supply, and this will benefit all of Iraq on the one hand. On the other hand, it will contribute to lower product costs.[/size]
