Twilight news/new US Vice President Joe Biden's call with Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki United States support for Iraq in its fight against the "Islamic State in Iraq, Syria, known colloquially as" daash ", calling for the need for compatibility between Arbil and Baghdad to resolve the issue of oil exports.
