After France and Belgium .. mobility of "yellow jackets" extends to the Netherlands

The "yellow jackets" moved to the Netherlands, coinciding with the same movement in France, the third protest in two weeks, against rising fuel prices and rising living costs.
Demonstrators gathered in the streets of a number of Dutch cities, including The Hague, Nijmegen, Maastricht, Alkmaar and Yvardenne in Groningen, in response to invitations circulated on social networking sites to protest against government policies.
Some 200 supporters of the "yellow jackets" demonstrated before the Dutch parliament in The Hague, prompting Dutch police to close the parliament building, the Associated Press reported.
Local media reported that police arrested two demonstrators in The Hague and a third was leading a demonstration in the southern city of Maastricht.
The "yellow jackets" protests began in France on November 17, in protest against the policies of President Emmanuel Macaron and the increase in fees on fuel.
The protests moved to Belgium on Friday, where about 600 people took part in a demonstration in the capital Brussels, also protesting the rising cost of living and tax increases.
