Philippine president calls for "killing" Catholic bishops because they are "fools and stupid Lord"

he called on the Philippine president's controversial Rodrigo Dottirta, to "kill" the Catholic bishops because they are "stupid and useless."
"I believe in the Lord, but the bishops are fools and all of them must be killed because they are useless," he said of his attack on the Catholic Church, which he has always criticized.
"I would not have been able to achieve my goals in life without the Lord, but for your bishops, kill them, all they do is criticize."
"My God has a lot of common sense compared to the god of the stupid Catholic bishops," he said.
"I never said I was an atheist, the presidency is a gift from the Lord, and I am sure that the Lord would not have bowed down this position if I had not been brilliant," he said at an awards ceremony for municipalities and child-friendly cities.
It is noteworthy that the Philippines is the largest Catholic country in terms of population in Asia, where more than 80% of the population practiced religious rituals of the community.
Douterti has repeatedly criticized pastors and bishops over allegations of corruption and sexual assault, which he allegedly victimized when he was a student in Davao City.
