Economist: 15 billion dollars Iraq's funds in Jordan and political parties behind the non-retrieval

Economic expert Osama al-Tamimi, on Thursday, the existence of more than 15 billion dollars between the funds and real estate belonging to Iraq in Jordan, indicating that the possession of political parties economic projects in Jordan behind the non-activation of the file.
Al-Tamimi told Al-Maaloumah that "Jordan's claim to Iraq of $ 1 billion has debts on Iraq that requires a serious pause from the Iraqi government and those responsible to claim the money of Iraq in Amman."
He added that "Iraq has between 10 to 15 billion dollars in Jordan, which belong to real estate belonging to the state, including five billion dollars funds and bonds."
He explained that "these funds belong to Iraq smuggled Baathist leaders before and after the occupation and then kept silent on Jordan after 2003."
He added that "the failure to open the file by the Iraqi side is due to the economic relations and projects that belong to political parties in Amman."
