BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq's oil marketing firm SOMO sold Basra crude in February for high price increases in bids, commercial sources said on Thursday.
The state oil marketing company sold 2 million barrels of Basrah Light crude to UNIPEC and one million barrels of Basra heavy crude to ExxonMobil probably.
Typically, companies do not comment on such trade issues.
The sources said that the two shipments were sold with bonuses of more than a dollar a barrel above the official sales prices of the two. According to Reuters
