    The ministry added that "the postponement includes the loans of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank, whether from the agricultural initiative or from the Central Bank and in all governorates of Iraq with the non-loading of these loans any interest during the postponement," noting that "the decision includes all the installments owed by the borrowers of agricultural initiative loans and the bank The central bank to be the ceiling of the loan is 250 million dinars. " 

    "All the debts covered by this decision are automatically deferred with the suspension of all legal proceedings against borrowers who have incurred financial dues," the ministry said, adding that "the date of maturity will be 1/1/2020 as well as the submission of all dates of installments due to this date."
