"The committee went out with a set of recommendations to the government on the basis of hosting with the head of the border crossings," he said, noting that "the committee found a great difference between one outlet and another."
"There are outlets that do not apply the customs tax, there are other outlets that do not have quality control, and some do not send revenues to the public treasury," he said, adding that the committee had submitted its recommendations to the government for standardizing taxes, drawing and quality control.
