[rtl]She explained that the Criminal Court on Integrity Issues in Baghdad, after reviewing the reports of the Financial Control Bureau and the Central Bank and the statements of the legal representative of the Ministry of Transport, who requested the complaint against the accused, in addition to the administrative investigation including the convicted convict, and the statements of the accused cases and their escape, , And sentenced him in absentia to seven years imprisonment in accordance with the provisions of Article 340 of the Penal Code in terms of Articles 47, 48 and 49 thereof.[/rtl]
[rtl]The ruling included issuing an arrest warrant and carrying out a fundamental search of the convicted person, while supporting the seizure of his movable and immovable property. In addition, the injured party (Ministry of Transport) was granted the right to seek compensation before the civil courts.[/rtl]
