    (Encyclopedia of the Day News | [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ) - The parliamentary Finance Committee member Sirhan Ahmed said the five - year vacation for employees decision for the executive branch is not entitled to the House ofRepresentatives to intervene unless the Agencies form of law. 

    He said Ahmed in a press statement that " the five - year leave the issue of belonging to the executive branch, and it can not challenge it unless it reaches Authority Act because the decision on the status quo of the powers of theexecutive branch. " 

    and that" the House of Representatives will discuss the matter if the arrival of its own law , "pointing out that" theholiday is optional, not mandatory. "
