    The parliamentary committee on oil and energy on Saturday accused Kurdish parties of controlling the oil companies of Qaywan and Kar to smuggle oil outside the country without the knowledge of the federal government in Baghdad.
    "The ruling parties in the Kurdistan region impose their control directly on the oil companies of Qaywan and Kar," said the head of the committee, Hibet Halaboussi, said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "these companies are involved in the smuggling of Iraqi oil out of the country without the knowledge of the federal government."
    He added that "the Committee of Oil and Energy formed an investigative committee to find out the reasons and uncover the circumstances of the case, but the Kurdish side refuses to cooperate with the Committee to cover up the thefts of oil," noting that "the Government of the Territory will send in the coming days a delegation to Baghdad to discuss the non-compliance of its oil companies to pay financial dues from exports Oil ".
    A member of the oil and energy committee in parliament, Uday Awad, said earlier that the refusal of deputies to the investigation of contracts Carr and Qian in parliament suggests corruption is significant.
    The member of the House of Representatives Sadiq al-Sulaiti, earlier, the Car and oil companies operating in Iraq, corruption and waste of public funds and support terrorism.

    The parliamentary committee on oil and energy on Saturday accused Kurdish parties of controlling the oil companies of Qaywan and Kar to smuggle oil outside the country without the knowledge of the federal government in Baghdad.
