(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The General Authority of Customs denounced the speech based on the confiscation of the efforts of the loyal men and shows that it is unfortunate that the reclining on their feet to blow up the efforts of the workers without the least objective.
"Those sitting in the shadows seek to reduce the efforts of the customs officers who spend their day in the hot sun, and to exercise guardianship, solutions and confiscation of the Authority's achievements," a customs statement said.
"It is the only party responsible for collecting customs duties, implementing fiscal policy and exercising customs control on its borders in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Law No. 23 of 1984 in force," the ministry said.
"The fees are included in a closed account, which is then transferred to the account of the Ministry of Finance and is subject to the control of the Office of Financial Supervision and can not find a scientific explanation or practical for the other parties to this role."
She added that "
The Customs Authority called upon "the parties working with them to review and implement the law and provide the appropriate environment, infrastructure and basic services so that they can then proceed to provide the state budget with customs revenues."
