The University of Baghdad is among the best international universities in the British Thames Ranking for 2020Alnoor News / Baghdad
For the second consecutive year, the University of Baghdad achieved a new achievement in the British Thames ranking of the best international universities by issuing the sixteenth year 2020 in the rank of (801-1000) out of (1396) universities included in the classification and with the participation of 1800 universities have been evaluated from 92 countries and an increase (138) Rated compared to last year.
A statement received by "Alnour News" a copy of it, that "this achievement is the achievement of the first goal of the objectives of the government program of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (2018-2022) ”.
He added, “This classification, which classifies international universities according to five basic criteria including (teaching, scientific research, quotation rate, industrial imports and international reputation) has classified two Iraqi universities only for 2020, namely (University of Baghdad for the second year and the University of Technology this year) This is the first step for the University of Technology to be included in the UK Thames rating. ”
