BAGHDAD / SUMMER NEWS kicks off on Friday the activities of the Rafidain Forum for security and economy in the presence of Iraqi, Arab and foreign personalities. The forum focuses on Iraq's security and economic needs in the next phase. The conference is the first of its kind to be held in Baghdad. The Rafidain Center, which is based in Najaf province, is headed by Zaid al-Talqani. Sessions in the Babylon Hotel will witness the participation of several personalities, including the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers Hamid al-Ghazi, Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Hassan Karim al-Kaabi, Chairman of the Communications and Information Committee, Naim al-Aboudi, Director of Military Intelligence at the Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant-General Saad al-Alak, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Information and Communications Authority, Ashraf al-Dahan, and the Minister of Communications. Naeem Al-Rubaie, Chairman of the Board of Advisors Mohammed al-Hakim, economic adviser to Prime Minister Abdul-Hussein Hanin and Chairman of the Investment Authority Sami Araji.[/size]
