decided [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/486/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A3%D9%85%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B7%D9%86%D9%8A]to[/url] form the leadership of law enforcement forces to perform the tasks of protecting major social activities and maintaining the law and to promote freedom of peaceful demonstration in an orderly manner guaranteed by the Constitution, and to protect the demonstrators and their freedom of expression in a peaceful manner in all governorates, taking into account human rights and ensure the functioning of public facilities and smooth movement.
