    [rtl]The National Security Council held an extraordinary session on Monday, chaired by Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Adel Abdul Mahdi, to discuss the paper on the context of the work of law enforcement forces (controlling headquarters / organizational structure / tasks and duties / liaison).[/rtl]
    [rtl]The National Security Council decided to form the leadership of law enforcement forces to perform the tasks of protecting major social activities and maintaining the law and to promote freedom of peaceful demonstration in an orderly manner guaranteed by the Constitution, and to protect the demonstrators and their freedom of expression in a peaceful manner in all governorates, taking into account human rights and ensure the functioning of public facilities and smooth movement. Traffic and roads and the preservation of public and private property and community safety.[/rtl]
