    The legal expert Ali al-Tamimi, Thursday, the right of parliament to question the prime minister in absentia in the event of his refusal to come to parliament, noting that he put the issue of impeachment to vote and by the majority and the conviction of his dismissal or not.
    Al-Tamimi told Al-Maalouma that the parliament's request to host Abdul-Mahdi was constitutional and legal and had to be attended by the prime minister.
    He added that "in the absence of the Prime Minister to host the parliament, the parliament has the right to question him in absentia in the sense that the reasons for interrogation."
    He explained that "after the in absentia interrogation in accordance with Article 61 of the Constitution, Parliament puts the dismissal of the Prime Minister to vote," noting that "dismissal by vote or not remain according to conviction and the majority formed by members and political agreements."
