    The MP of the Saire Alliance Riad Masoudi, on Friday, that the prime minister and the competent minister and the governor responsible for the lives of demonstrators in accordance with the Constitution, pointing out that the prime minister bears the first responsibility for the lives of the people as commander in chief of the armed forces.
