    {Baghdad: Al Furat News} The Integrity Commission revealed that a recruitment order has been issued against a member of the House of Representatives for Salah al-Din Governorate for the previous session, due to the failure to settle an operating advance amounting to nearly six billion dinars.
    In its discussion of the case’s details, the Integrity Investigation Department indicated that the Investigating Court that specializes in integrity issues in Salah al-Din issued a recruitment order against a member of the House of Representatives for the previous session, in addition to the authorized directors of two general contracting companies, because of the involvement of the three accused of not settling the operational advance Withdrawn by them for the construction project of the reluctant (Al-Dur-Al-Elm-Al-Fatha) road of 5 billion and 775 million dinars.
    And the department stated that the court issued the recruitment order against the accused in accordance with the provisions of Article (319) of the Iraqi Penal Code, noting that the first accused was holding the position of managing director of a contracting company during the period of signing the contract.

    The Investigation Department at the commission said that the investigation court specialized in integrity issues in Salah al-Din issued a recruitment order against a member of the House of Representatives for the previous session, in addition to the authorized directors of two general contracting companies, because the three defendants were involved in the failure to settle the operating advance withdrawn from them for the road construction project - Science - the hole (lag) amounting to (5,775,000,000) billion dinars.
