    The Minister of Construction, Housing and Municipalities revealed two banks, Rikani, on the details of the land distribution plan for those who are entitled to it in the governorates.

    Rikani said in a special statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), which was seen by Sada, that “the categories covered in the distribution of lands have been identified, provided that they are distributed according to a specific mechanism so that they reach those who are entitled to them,” noting that “the ministry authorized the governors to distribute according to the plan set regarding distribution ”

    He added that “there are problems in preparing lands, especially in Karbala Governorate, including the ownership of lands in some places due to the existence of discretionary rights for some citizens,” noting that “the Ministry of Construction does not have sufficient funds to pay them to the owners of those lands.” Rikani indicated that “there Law in the House of Representatives is concerned with the issue of land distribution, and if approved, all obstacles will end, and the distribution of land will begin directly with the groups covered by it, stressing “his ministry’s intention to prepare lands in the various districts of Karbala governorate to distribute them to those who deserve them.”
