The Ministry of Transport / the General Company for Iraqi Ports announced, on Wednesday, the completion of unloading various loads for three ships docked on the docks of the northern Umm Qasr port.
The ministry said in a statement, which received / Mawazine News, a copy of it, that "the ship eiders docked on berth 17 in the northern port of Umm Qasr, which carries yellow corn with a volume of 40 thousand tons coming from Argentina and its cargo was emptied."
She pointed out that "the ship ksl fuyang carrying various equipment and iron has been unloaded for the benefit of the private and public sectors, with a cargo weight of 13052 and by 3749 pieces on the berth 19 coming from Kuwait."
The ministry pointed out that "the giant cranes quickly unloaded about 172 containers on board the daphne on a jetty 27 coming from Jebel Ali."
It is noteworthy that the Iraqi ports continue their maritime and port operations in a continuous flow, amid strict precautionary measures.
