A source said that the Kurdish negotiating delegation in Baghdad offered the Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi a political collision package in the interest of both parties.
The source said, in an interview with "Al-Ahed News", that "the Kurdish negotiating delegation in Baghdad, which was presented to resolve the dispute over the salaries of the region and the payment of oil export funds and border outlets, sent people to negotiate with Al-Kazemi about the future of his cabinet."
And between, "The representatives of the delegation suggested that Al-Kazimi vote on his cabinet in exchange for paying the salaries of the region while he obtained the confidence of Parliament."
He affirmed, "The agreement remains on the side of consultation and dialogue, and neither party has yet resolved its position."
