Economist: America dominates the energy file and Iraq continues to be deprived of electricity

The economist, Wissam Al-Tamimi, said that America has largely dominated the energy file in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] , and has achieved its goal of compelling [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] contract with its companies again, despite the failure of those companies to fulfill their obligations.
Al-Tamimi told "the information", that "General Electric did not provide Iraq with the energy and development of networks it needs, at a time when most of the deputies in Parliament refused to continue the work of this company."
He added that "America has obligated [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to conclude new contracts with this company, despite its spending by [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] of amounts that exceeded 60 billion dinars on energy projects, without any significant development."
