Tariq Harb said in a statement, the Euphrates News Agency received a copy of it, "After the parliamentary announcement that the parliament session today will be at four o'clock in the evening, and not as happened in the previous sessions held by the parliament at midnight, it achieved two effects. The first is the inability of many to follow the news. "What happens in the midnight session of Parliament, while I can follow the evening sessions of Parliament."
He added, "The other reason is that the administrative system of the state since the era of Minister of Finance (Sasson Hesqel). The official working hours have been set from eight in the morning until four in the evening, and the holding of sessions or official working hours outside these times requires a law to be based on at all times outside the official working hours, and no such has been issued. This law, unless that duty specifies the nature of administrative work outside working hours, for example the duties of the military and the police, who work during the hours of the night and day, so there is no need for a law. "
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives witnessed in the past weeks holding sessions in the late hours of the night and continuing until dawn hours.
