    MP for the National Alliance, Abdul-Hadi al-Hakim, on Thursday, that the solution to the housing crisis, which Parliament voted to form a committee for drafting the law will address the problem of land allocation for integrated housing projects, financial and funding to be distributed to citizens.
    Hakim said during a news conference at the parliament building and attended (range Press), "The House of Representatives voted today to form a committee of members of the House of Representatives to draft the proposed law to solve the housing crisis," noting that "the law works to address the issue of the necessary land allocation in regions and provinces of the housing projects of integrated financial and funding to be distributed to citizens. "
    He said al-Hakim, that "the law will give the land to citizens without a price and secures banking facilities for them to pay off the bank loan for at least 20 years, that the state shall pay interest on the loan on behalf of the citizen," pointing out that "the Commission will prepare a proposed law with the competent committees develop detailed lines. "
    The Iraqi Council of Representatives voted on Thursday, during its fourth meeting on the formation of a committee to prepare a law dealing with the housing crisis in the country.
    Iraq has suffered a crisis in housing worsened unity after 2003, prompting many citizens to live in government buildings were vandalized, as well as the proliferation of slums in the majority of Iraqi provinces, at a time when homes and apartments rent continue to rise, especially after the control of the organization (Daash) on many of the provinces and the accompanying exodus of groups to areas of the Secretariat of operations in the country.
