[rtl]Basra / NINA / - Minister of Planning Khaled Batal Al-Najm affirmed: "The Al-Faw port will be a fingerprint for Iraq and the Iraqis, just like other developed countries."
The minister said, during his visit to the Great Port of Al-Faw, accompanied by the Governor of Basra, Asaad Al-Eidani: "The Al-Faw Great Port project is a challenge for Iraq and the Iraqis and will be an important sea front and a promising future."
He added: "There are subsequent steps for this port and other strategic projects."
The Minister of Planning, Khaled Battal Al-Najm, had arrived in Basra yesterday and, accompanied by the Governor of Basra, Asaad Al-Eidani, visited the Sports City in Basra to review the ongoing preparations for holding the 25th Gulf Championship. /I finish[/rtl]
