Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi issued a set of recommendations to limit the spread of the new strain of the Corona virus, including “obligating” department auditors to present examination and vaccination cards.

And the recommendations issued by Al-Kazemi stated that “the Ministries of Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research should implement the preventive measures recommended by the Ministry of Health and approved by the Supreme Committee for Health and National Safety.”
The recommendations obligated visitors to Iraq to “suffice to bring them a certificate of vaccination with one of the (Covid-19) vaccines with a full dose, with a negative (PCR) examination from accredited laboratories in his country that proves that it is free of (Covid-19) disease within (72) hours of entering Baghdad Airport. International Airport or Najaf Airport, provided that the duration of the visit to Iraq does not exceed (7) days from the date of entry, with all procedures applied.
These recommendations imposed "full adherence to all departments operating at airports and border crossings with the decisions and recommendations issued by the Supreme Committee."
She called on the Ministries of Defense and the Interior, in addition to the Civil Defense Directorate, to make all efforts "to secure the necessary protection and occupational safety, and to prepare fire-extinguishing systems in (Karafaniya) isolation hospitals designated to treat (Covid-19) patients in all governorates to return them to service."
According to these recommendations, the Physicians Syndicate monitors and follows up the wages collected by citizens in private hospitals and private clinics in return for providing non-emergency services.
