Yesterday, Monday, the Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed that the Federal Service Council continues to create the conditions for transferring contracts to permanent owners in the state. Committee member Muhammad Al-Shabki said, in an interview with Al-Mada, that "the government is responsible for confirming the contracts of those who have been appointed for 5 years, because the current year's budget included a clear legal paragraph on this issue." Al-Shabki added, "The Federal Service Council is working to prepare all the requirements to implement the decision during the coming period," noting that "the budget allocated to them the financial budget to implement this paragraph." The member of the Finance Committee indicated that "the ministries are the ones who obstructed the transfer of contracts to permanent owners, by raising many names that need reviews and audits." He explained that "all ministries do not have accurate numbers of contracts for those who have completed the 5-year service," noting that "Parliament now does not have any role in this matter."
