    {Economic: Al Furat News} The Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates, Suhail Muhammad Al Mazrouei, arrived in the capital, Baghdad.
    He was received by Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar Ismail.
    Al Mazrouei expressed his happiness to visit Iraq and meet with its brothers in the government and the Ministry of Oil, pointing to the "distinguished relations between the two countries, and prospects for cooperation in all fields, including the oil and energy sector."
    For his part, the Minister of Oil, Chairman of the Ministerial Energy Committee, affirmed the keenness of the government and the ministry to strengthen bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, in a manner that serves common interests.

    He said that this visit includes discussing the development of prospects for bilateral cooperation in the oil and energy sector, and the signing of a renewable energy contract between the Ministry of Electricity and the UAE source to generate 1,000 megawatts {one kilo}", indicating that it is "one of the important projects that have been agreed upon, according to the signed memorandum of understanding." between the concerned parties, within the strategy of the government and the concerned ministries to shift to renewable and clean energy."
