, the legal expert, Tariq Harb, resolved, on Saturday, the controversy of the re-election process.
Harb told Mawazine News, "The demands for re-counting and rice throughout the country need a law, and no law can be passed because there is no legislative authority in the country."
He stressed, "The judicial body for the election is able to change the rulings related to the results, as well as the possibility of reversing the rulings of the commission, based on material evidence in the appeal."
He added, "The violations that occurred near the electoral centers, such as violating the electoral silence or promoting a specific candidate, are not relied upon by the Judicial Authority for the elections, and their reliance is on the differences in the results tapes in the recount and manual counting of those stations."
The political blocs demanded the re-counting and manual counting of the ballot boxes across the country. Ended 29/A43
