    {Local: Al Furat News} The Federal Service Council revealed, on Monday, the details of appointing those covered by Resolution 315 to the permanent owners
    The Director of the Coordination and Follow-up Department in the Council, Aram Sabah Othman, said in a press interview, that "competent committees have been formed in coordination with the parties that benefit from the appointments of those covered by Resolution 315, as well as the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Finance in order to work on the file of their confirmation on the permanent owners when there is abundance. Finance for those who have spent five years or more.
    He added, "The transfer of the file to these authorities came because the implementation of the installation decision requires the creation of new job grades for those covered by it, and this is done by the follow-up of the above authorities to implement the decision and each of them took his due according to the controls and conditions for installation."
