The Federal Court, the highest judicial authority in the country, has set the 13th of this month as the date for considering a claim to annul the Iraqi election results submitted by Hadi al-Amiri, the head of the “Al-Fatah” coalition, the Secretary-General of the Badr Organization.
A source informed: "The Federal Court sets the 13th of this month as the date to consider the evidence and documents related to the claim to cancel the election results."
For his part, the leader of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Ahmed Al-Asadi, said that “the lawsuits filed for falsifying the election results were based on the report of the German examining company Hensoldt.”
