    Yes Iraq: Baghdad

The Central Bank of Iraq's sales of hard currency (dollars) during the month of February exceeded more than 3 billion dollars.
And the Central Bank sold during the month of February, in the days when it opened its auction to buy and sell US dollars, 3 billion and 659 million and 685 thousand dollars, at a rate of 192 million and 615 thousand and 43 dollars per day, down from last January, in which the sales rate amounted to 195 million and 908 thousand and 523 dollars.”
The bank's dollar sales fell to less than $200 million per day, starting on February 22, to reach an average of $148 million.
Most of these sales went in the form of remittances abroad to finance foreign trade, while the selling price of the dollar transferred to bank accounts abroad, in addition to the cash sale, amounted to 1460 dinars per dollar.
