Earth News/ The First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hakim Al-Zamili, called today, Wednesday, to allocate an amount in the Food Security Law to convert lecturers into contracts.
Al-Zamili suggested in an official letter issued by his office, received by Earth News, that “the Ministry of Finance should continue to work on Article (61/b) of the Federal Budget Law for the year 2021, provided that the period for fixing contracts in various state institutions is reduced from five years to two years.” Or giving the ministry the option to work for the minimum period necessary for installation.
And he demanded, “the necessity of adapting the status of the daily procedure after 10/1/2019, including making a decision (192), converting them into contracts according to a decision (315), and allocating an amount to the retirement fund to extinguish (50%) of the pension contributions for those fixed on the permanent owners of contracts and procedures. The daily, from the date of 1/1/2020 until 12/31/2022.
