Price losses for Basra crude and large for Brent and the American one in a week
Shafaq News/ The international oil stock exchanges incurred large weekly losses, when they closed in their last session yesterday, Friday.
Basra Heavy Crude closed down by 0.75 cents to reach $109.30, and recorded weekly losses of $4.65, equivalent to 4.08%.
In the last session, Brent crude closed down by 6.69 dollars to reach 113.12 dollars, and recorded large weekly losses of 7.29 dollars, equivalent to 8.89%.
US West Texas Intermediate crude closed down by $8.03 to reach $109.56 a barrel, and recorded significant weekly losses as well, amounting to $11.11, or 9.21%.
Oil prices fell over the past two days amid concerns that raising interest rates by major central banks could slow the global economy and reduce energy demand.
