    [size=45] Under the direction of the Minister of Interior, the Deputy Minister of Migration and Displacement, Mr. Othman Al-Ghanimi.[/size]
    [size=45]The Ministry of Immigration holds an expanded meeting at the Ministry’s office in the capital, Baghdad, headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Mr. Karim Al-Nouri, to discuss the governance of migration in Iraq after the memorandum of the International Forum to Review Migration and to find effective solutions to the problems facing the return of Iraqis abroad, and the inclusion of ambassadors of countries (Finland - Australia - Canada - Denmark And a representative of the head of the European Union delegation) along with the head of the delegation of the International Organization for Migration ( IOM ), Mr. Georgi Georgi, and representatives of the United Nations Development Program ( UNDP ). As well as representatives of the ministries of (Interior - Planning - Justice - Labor and Foreign Affairs) and members of the technical team on migration governance.[/size]
     
    [size=45]In a speech on behalf of the Minister of Migration and Displacement, Mr. Al-Wakeel said, “The safe, orderly and dignified return and sustainable reintegration are among the main priorities of the Ministry since Iraq signed the Global Compact for Migration in 2018, noting that Iraq has shown leadership and commitment in implementing the Charter over the years.” the past four.[/size]
     
    [size=45]Al-Nouri expressed his thanks to the donors, the International Organization for Migration and the United Nations Migration Network as essential partners of the Iraqi government for all work related to the governance and management of migration in Iraq, calling at the same time all partners to continue to provide support through the technical work team on migration.[/size]
     
    [size=45]To that, the attendees expressed their cooperation and support to the Ministry of Migration and Displacement, as it is the party that worked on an important segment of Iraqi society (displaced, displaced and migrants), praising the great success achieved by the Ministry in record time in returning many of them and making a great stride in attracting immigrants, especially the scientific competencies among them. [/size]
