    Baghdad / Obelisk: The process of forming the government is proceeding to its goals after the President of the Republic assigned the candidate of the most numerous bloc (the coordinating framework) Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani to form the next government, while the differences over the sovereign positions intensified.
    In the Shiite scene, the differences between the competing blocs within the framework are focused on important and golden positions, including oil and the interior.
    According to the sources, the growing differences prompted the forces to authorize the Sudanese to choose ministries and ministers.
    In the region, the competition between the Union and the Democratic Party is intense over the number of ministries, as the Sudanese decided to add a fourth ministry to the Kurdish quota, but this decision increased the complexity and competition between the two blocs.
    On the side of the Sunni forces, the Sovereignty demands its entitlement because it is the largest Sunni bloc, while the resolve demands its entitlement because Sovereignty has won the presidency of Parliament.
    A split appears over the participation of the more than 40 independent deputies regarding it, in the upcoming Al-Sudani government. While some of them started dialogues with Al-Sudani to be part of his government, others confirmed their orientation towards the opposition.
    Al-Sudani is seeking to include a number of independent representatives in his government, and he has held dialogues with a number of them.
    It is likely that some independents will obtain ministerial portfolios, and even ally themselves with the coordination framework under the name of independents.
    But the "Extension" movement, which has 10 seats in Parliament, has made its position clearer not to participate in the government.
    Iraqi political forces had presented the conditions required of the Sudanese government in exchange for a vote of confidence, stressing that they had informed the "coordinating framework" forces that they sought to be a partner in the decision, and not only in government positions.
