Today, Monday, the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, discussed with the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mustafa Ghaleb Mokhief, the conduct of monetary transactions and the banking reality in Iraq.
A statement by the Prime Minister's Media Office stated, "Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani met with the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mustafa Ghaleb, fearful."
And he continued, "Al-Sudani listened to a briefing on the conduct of monetary and banking transactions, and the rest of the aspects of the banking reality in Iraq, presented by the governor of the Central Bank."
He pointed out, "The meeting witnessed a review of all aspects of the Central Bank's work, and the most important challenges facing the national economy."
