    [size=45]The Baghdad Municipality announced, on Monday, that the Diwani Order Committee 50 of 2019 returned (640) properties belonging to the secretariat.[/size]
    [size=45]A statement by the secretariat, received by (Al-Mada), stated that "the Baghdad Municipality extended its thanks and appreciation to all the parties that sought to recover these properties, especially the committee that includes the Financial Supervision Bureau and members of the Integrity Commission."[/size]
    [size=45]The statement added, "The aforementioned committee is still continuing its work in secret and highly accurate investigation and audit of other properties to return them to the Municipality of Baghdad."[/size]
    [size=45]He pointed out, "The committee formed by the Council of Ministers has returned to the Municipality of Baghdad (1157) properties so far, as part of exceptional efforts and a high level of professionalism in order to preserve public money."[/size]
    [size=45]In addition, the Federal Integrity Commission recommended activating the e-governance project in all municipal departments; To facilitate the procedures for completing transactions, emphasizing the activation of the electronic leave work; To expedite its completion, and reduce routine episodes by reviewing the controls periodically.[/size]
    [size=45]A statement by the authority stated, "The Authority's Prevention Department confirmed, in a report, about the visits made by its team to the municipal departments in the center (Al-Rusafa, Al-Karkh, Karrada and Al-Mansour); To closely view the reality of the state of the departments affiliated with the Municipality of Baghdad, it is necessary for the Secretariat to obtain official approvals for the purchase of a fleet of (machines and equipment).”[/size]

    [size=45]He pointed out, "The department made it clear in a report sent to the Office of the Prime Minister, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Baghdad Municipality, that it is possible to coordinate with the Ministries of Industry and Trade; To equip municipal departments with appropriate numbers of modern mechanisms and in the long-term installment method.”[/size]
