    Hamed Younes, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil for Refining and Distribution Affairs, confirmed, on Thursday, that the ministry and the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO) have adopted the most accurate marketing standards to obtain the best prices for crude oil, in light of the challenges facing the global oil markets.[/size]
    [size=45]During his chairmanship of the meeting of the monthly pricing of Iraqi crude oil, Yunus said that the ministry adopts the pricing of oils according to the prevailing transactions according to their quality, whether light, medium or heavy, and the degree of density, sulfur and other materials, and Yunus indicated that this was approved after a comprehensive review of the reports and monitoring of the research departments concerned in the ministry, SOMO and OPEC, and in line with the prevailing dealings in the oil market and its developments.[/size]
    [size=45]The Undersecretary stressed support for the “OPEC Plus” agreement, which contributes to achieving the required balance between supply and demand, and to the stability of global markets.[/size]
    [size=45]This was decided at the meeting, the monthly price of Iraqi oil, after reviewing and discussing technical and research reports in this field.[/size]
    [size=45]The meeting was attended by the general manager of the Oil Marketing Company “SOMO” and the companies, departments and concerned authorities, according to a statement issued by the Iraqi Oil Ministry.[/size]
    [size=45]Data from the Oil Marketing Company “SOMO” affiliated to the Iraqi Oil Ministry showed that Iraq produced 4.43 million barrels per day of crude in November, down by 221 thousand barrels per day from October.[/size]
    [size=45]According to production figures, Iraq's production is in line with its quota under the OPEC+ agreement for November, as it has been since June.[/size]
