    [rtl]The Independent / - The Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Ammar Hamad Khalaf, affirmed that "the central bank has the capabilities that enable it to transfer financial transactions to electronic, as we have the infrastructure that helps achieve the goals accurately and rises to the world in performance."[/rtl]
    [rtl]Khalaf said, "The trend towards electronic payment is one of the most important strategies of the Central Bank that started since the localization of salaries, which created a new culture of dealing with which the citizen interacted, and began to reduce the uses of cash and move towards electronic dealing, albeit in a phased manner."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He pointed out that facilitating the procedures for granting licenses for collecting bank cards using points of sale (pos) represents a return to the right path, as it works to reduce costs for the citizen, and gives the Central Bank an opportunity to control trading, and this is a civilized issue and an important transition that will make the citizen interact more than he is now. with electronic payment services.[/rtl]

    [rtl]And he stressed that "pricing the sale to the private sector in dinars will work to stabilize exchange rates, as transactions will take place in Iraqi dinars, which reduces the need or demand for the dollar in the local markets."[/rtl]
    [rtl]For her part, stressed the specialist in economic affairs d. Hamila Abdel Sattar Kurdi emphasized the importance of keeping pace with the evolving global effort that is witnessing continuous developments, through the development of products that are in harmony with the international labor market.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Kurdi pointed out that the banking system is in a race to provide the best services to different customers, companies and citizens, as it must provide advanced services that keep pace with developments and are commensurate with the requirements of the developed international effort that is looking to enter the local labor market.[/rtl]
